Yoga Nidra & Reiki

Join your wellness team - Holly, Brad, and Dinah - for an experience of guided deep relaxation, energy balancing, and profound stress-relief.

What it is: On its own, Yoga Nidra encourages tranquility and relaxation. Coupled with Reiki, the experience becomes one of mind-body integration.
What we do: After settling into a comfortable reclined or seated position, our class opens with Yoga Nidra, a guided process of releasing tension. Following a period of stillness and quiet, our Reiki providers visit each student, offering energy balancing at the crown of the skull or soles of the feet. 

What you'll receive: The 60-minute practice leaves students feeling soothed and renewed.
