C&C: Cardio & Cool Down is a fun, heart healthy, great way to begin the day together. A 20-minute cardio rev up to cool music, including low impact cardio modifications as needed, followed by a 10-minute cool down stretch and get on with your day!

Gentle Yoga is for all levels of yogis: as a helpful practice whether you are an experienced yogi who needs a gentle change from a vigorous yoga practice, a beginner who would like a nurturing, slow paced practice or someone who is building strength to help heal an injury.

Level 1 Yoga
Saturdays, 10am w/Shauna, HybridThis class is for everyone. Experienced and new students will enjoy the pacing and blend of movement, breath, and meditation. A mix of holding poses and flowing, the practice introduces foundations of alignment and sequencing. Options and modifications are given to allow for varied abilities.
In Shauna's classes there may be live singing.

Pilates exercises work on breath control, coordination, abdominal strength and spinal/pelvic stability. Props such as balls, bands and light weights are incorporated into class. Leave feeling energized and strong.

Restorative Yoga:

Restorative Yoga is a restful practice that invites you into spine-opening poses supported by soft blankets and bolsters. Poses are held in a peaceful atmosphere with soothing music. If you haven’t experienced Restorative Yoga, consider trying it for a deeply relaxing and beautiful experience.
In our once a month Friday evevning class, we offer A short Stretch, Some Restorative poses & a guided deep relaxation w/visualization & Intention called iRest. (it’s a version of Yoga Nidra). -
Practitioners of all levels will be taken care of, inspired, and energized with this Slow Flow practice. Warmups and breathing, a calming focus, and some flow energize and strengthen. Shauna may sing to you in this class. You will experience a 10-minute sound bath at the end of class with crystal bowls, chimes & other lovely, soothing sounds as you relax and rejuvenate.

HybridSuper Gentle Yoga accommodates those with health concerns whether it is injuries, back pain, weakness in wrists or knees, or other circumstances. Students use both chairs and yoga mats, and students have the option to do the poses without the chair or to sit in the chair for the entire class.

A fun and safe way to strengthen our bones and practice fall prevention, using light hand weights and resistance bands. Practice bone-building yoga poses, discuss guidelines for bone health and safety, and learn tips for creating your own home practice. Let’s build a Strong Sisters community and work out together!
What you need for this class: sneakers and water. Other props for Strong Sisters (optional): mat, chair, light weights.

In PersonTween Yoga explores and develops body and mind strength as well as flexibility through yoga poses, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation. A positive environment that supports self-esteem, body appreciation and a way to gain tools for finding moments of calm in a busy and challenging world. The class is a combo of Yoga movement and Relaxation/Mindfulness.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga emphasizes linking breath to all movements or asana sequences throughout the practice. This flowing class is energizing, incorporating some sun salutations as well as many familiar hatha yoga postures. It allows one to flow deeper into practice and into the spirit of yoga. Level 1/2 vinyasa flow is for experienced beginners through intermediate level practitioners. Level 2 is for more experienced yogis.

Yin Yoga is the practice of quiet power, focusing on the fascia of our core. Through safe and controlled positions, held for a longer time, we can gently stretch these deep connective tissues developing more flexibility of the joints. Poses are done sitting or lying down. Yin Yoga is an excellent complement to your yoga practice - promoting flexibility, strength, and a deep sense of balance in your life.

Zumba is choreographed dance to mostly Latin music with a spattering of other world music in the mix. All levels are welcome. Have fun, laugh, sweat.

Yoga Sculpt is an energizing, full-body workout set to motivating music that blends yoga, light strength training, and brief intervals of low-impact cardioLight hand weights (3–5 lbs) add resistance to yoga poses to build lean muscle, improve balance and stability, and support bone health
Modifications are offered throughout class, allowing you to work at your own pace while still feeling challenged and energized

QiGong is a gentle practice helping us live in harmony with nature. Just as nature moves through cycles & seasons, our bodies also follow these rhythms. By cultivating our life force energy, or Qi, we can bring balance to our organs, meridians & overall well-being.
We will use purging exercises to clear stagnant energy, tonifying flows to strengthen our life force & gentle movements to circulate energy throughout the body. Our practice will also align with the seasons, supporting the organs & meridians connected to each time of year, fostering vitality, balance & a deeper sense of connection.
