Workshops & Events
In addition to our weekly class schedule, we offer many helpful and inspiring workshops and special events to give you a more in depth experience with our wonderful instructors, including our Friday evening workshops and weekend workshops with visiting teachers. Past workshops have included Yoga Basics, Gyrokenisis, Yoga for Osteoporosis, Yoga for Anxiety, Yoga for Athletes, and Yoga Nidra, among others.
Along with our special wellness workshops, we host events throughout the year to bring the community together; including live music concerts, art shows, fundraisers for causes we believe in, craft fairs & more.

NEW Class! Yoga Sculpt: A Full Body Workout
Mondays. 12:30 PM
Special Class, Saturday 12/13, 8:50 amYoga sculpt is a 60 minute, high energy class set to music that fuses yoga with strength training and cardio.
Light hand weights (3-5 lbs) are used to add resistance to yoga poses and strength based moves like squats.
Yoga sculpt is a full body, challenging workout that combines strength and flexibility to build lean muscle, bone density, and improve cardio fitness.
Ultimately, this practice will make your yoga practice stronger.

- Center with mindfulness, silent reflection, and journaling.
- Recline for the profound rest and reset of Yoga Nidra.
- Explore the subconscious with guided visualization.
- Rise up for for intention setting, journaling, and closing meditation.
- Reconnect our studio and online circles to sip homemade Canelazo Cider or your favorite warm beverage.Whether tapping into New Year intentions, marking the end of 2025, or seeking a seasonal reset, this evening will support your process.
