Workshops & Events
In addition to our weekly class schedule, we offer many helpful and inspiring workshops and special events to give you a more in depth experience with our wonderful instructors, including our Friday evening workshops and weekend workshops with visiting teachers. Past workshops have included Yoga Basics, Gyrokenisis, Yoga for Osteoporosis, Yoga for Anxiety, Yoga for Athletes, and Yoga Nidra, among others.
Along with our special wellness workshops, we host events throughout the year to bring the community together; including live music concerts, art shows, fundraisers for causes we believe in, craft fairs & more.

Flying Into Fall: Guiding you through Arm Balances & Inversions

Join Jill for an invigorating workshop designed to help you explore the world of arm balances and inversions with confidence. We’ll begin with a 30-minute warm-up and alignment cues to prepare the body, followed by a full hour of guided practice.
The focus will include postures like Crow, Side Crow, Baby Grasshopper, Firefly, and more—offering step-by-step progressions, supportive tips, and plenty of space to play. Whether you’re refining your balance or trying these poses for the first time, you’ll build strength, awareness, and trust in the process.
