Cultivating Happiness: Gentle Yoga, Meditation, Breath Work
In Person Only
This 90-minute workshop explores happiness as a practice through movement, breathwork, meditation, and reflection, along with a brief guided lesson inspired by the work of Tal Ben-Shahar and the Happiness Studies Academy.
Participants will learn a simple, research-based framework for understanding happiness and gain practical tools to carry off the mat to support their overall wellbeing.
The March Happiness lesson will focus on Intellectual Wellbeing — our natural desire to learn, grow, think deeply, and remain curious. Together, we will explore how cultivating curiosity, lifelong learning, and reflective awareness contributes to a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
The movement portion of this workshop is designed to release tension from daily activities, address common muscle imbalances, and support activation of the parasympathetic nervous system to promote rest and regulation.
No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary. Come as you are.
