In this 90-minute, hands-on workshop, Kevin — former manager of Level Fitness — will guide you through practical myofascial release (MFR) techniques using foam rollers and lacrosse balls to help improve how your body moves and feels immediately.
We’ll begin by assessing a few simple ranges of motion (ROM) to establish a baseline. From there, you’ll learn how to identify and address areas of restriction in the muscles and connective tissue that may be limiting your movement.
Through a combination of targeted self-massage (MFR), active range-of-motion work, alignment adjustments, and simple breathing techniques, you’ll learn how to release tension, support joint mobility, and regulate your nervous system.
This workshop is designed to give you accessible tools you can continue using at home — helping you move better, feel better, and build long-term resilience in your body.
