New Day for BARRE class, A Dynamic Workout w/Khara

Please join us for a full body work out focusing on building muscles, strength, and flexibility. Using props (including a core ball, resistance bands, and weights) we will work every part of our body while having fun and moving to music! You’ll leave feeling energized, strong, and balanced. Shauna took a chance starting Simon Says Yoga in 2010, with the intention to bring her years of teaching experience in elementary school and wellness together in one place for the community. Simon Says Yoga is a place everyone can feel welcome & appreciated. With experienced, thoughtful teachers, a beautiful studio, and a broad range of classes, workshops and events, Simon Says Yoga has been a special part of our community for 14 years strong!
