Yoga Nidra & Reiki

Join your wellness team - Holly, Brad, and Dinah - for an experience of guided deep relaxation, energy balancing, and profound stress-relief. Offered on the 2nd Friday of each month, Yoga Nidra With Reiki is your monthly self-care reset.

Yoga Nidra encourages tranquility and relaxation. Coupled with Reiki, the experience becomes one of mind-body balance. The 60-minute practice leaves students feeling soothed and renewed.

After settling into a comfortable reclined or seated position, our class opens with a guided process of releasing tension. Following a period of stillness, our Reiki providers visit each student, offering energy balancing at the crown of the skull and soles the feet by hovering hands over or gently placing hands on the body. Before the practice begins, our team will ask students for their preferences.
