It's FINALLY Friday -Release into Yin & Sound Bath

6:15 pmJoin Shauna and Peg for a relaxing, uplifting, and one-of-a-kind experience designed to help you let go and feel renewed.
We’ll begin with a joyful movement practice led by Shauna—think shaking, flowing, and fun ways to move to music that help release tension and reconnect with your body. Then, Peg will guide you through deep, nourishing stretches to open up space and ease in your body. We’ll close with a grounding sound bath led by Shauna, inviting deep rest and full-body relaxation.

Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra

An easeful practice for all. This class opens with a sequence of restful, prop-supported poses followed by an integrative body scan and deep relaxation.

Shauna took a chance starting Simon Says Yoga in 2010, with the intention to bring her years of teaching experience in elementary school and wellness together in one place for the community. Simon Says Yoga is a place everyone can feel welcome & appreciated. With experienced, thoughtful teachers, a beautiful studio, and a broad range of classes, workshops and events, Simon Says Yoga has been a special part of our community for 14 years strong!
